1 - CONCIERGE

RESPONSIBILITIES

To consistently provide quality and value-added services to visitors / guests of the shopping centre in a gracious, attentive, courteous and service-oriented manner which include the following:
  • Assist in promotional activities such as Gift Redemptions, contests and follow-through necessary actions
  • Administer redemptions and rewards for promotion in the shopping centre
  • Provide gift wrapping services to guests
  • Maintain daily checklist and inventory of facilities such as baby strollers, wheelchairs etc..
  • Handle Lost and Found cases
  • Assist in set-up for events / functions
  • Escort VIPs during functions
  • Conduct media tours / handle tour groups
  • Recommend dining venues




2 - AUXILIARY POLICE

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Patrol assigned areas within the mall and its surroundings
  • Respond to routine and emergency calls, administering First Aid as required and assisting crime or accident victims
  • Assist with the containment and preservation of crime scenes as directed, and assisting with the determination of the extent of personal injuries, identifying victims, witnesses and the extent of damage, documenting evidence
  • Assist in the investigation of crimes and offences; assisting with the apprehension and arrest of suspects
  • Conduct crowd and traffic control




3 - TECHNICIAN

4 - SECURITY OFFICER


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure security of the mall, its surroundings, staffs and customers by:
  • patrolling and inspecting the mall daily
  • operating and monitoring CCTV cameras
  • maintaining all security equipment at best condition
  • Monitor tenant trading hours and supervise contractors’ movement in the mall during operating hours
  • Supervise and monitor all outsourced security personnel to ensure that they adhere to the mall’s security procedures and perform their assigned duties and responsibilities accordingly
  • Respond to incidents, routine and emergency calls promptly; administer First Aid when necessary
  • Prepare daily reports and incidents reports (if any) for internal reference
  • Maintain close coordination and collaborative working relationships with other security team members, internal departments and external parties to ensure utmost efficiency when dealing with incidences or emergencies

6 - EXECUTIVE, LEASING

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist to source and secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets
  • Assist to conduct marketing research in keeping-up with market trends
  • Attend to leasing enquiries and compile information from potential retailers
  • Ensure that tenants are consistent with the retail plan and the positioning of the shopping mall
  • Ensure that all leasing documentation are in good order
  • Liaise with Legal department on Tenancy Agreement issue if any special conditions or amendments needed
  • Maintain strong and good relationships with existing and new tenants


7 - EXECUTIVE, DOCK LOGISTICS

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all dock facilities are in good operational condition
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the common and storage areas as well as the enforcement of dock procedures
  • Ensure suppliers, vendors and contractors adhere to established policies
  • Enforce penalties on non-conformance of policies
  • Inspect dock facilities to prevent accident or injury to personnel and patrons
  • Process and monitor work permits for contractors engaged by tenants and issue EHS cards
  • Monitor and track vehicles entering and leaving the premises
  • Control and monitor waste disposal contractor
  • Prepare and maintain various records and reports

9 - ADMIN ASSISTANT (LEASING)

Job summary

Render administrative support to the Leasing Team. Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
  • Prepare minutes of meeting, contact reports and standard correspondences to tenants
  • Prepare, update and maintain lease reports, tenant database
  • Assist to update tenant mix plans and other tenant-related documents
  • Issue Tenancy Coordination Requests
  • Attend to telephone enquiries
  • Circulate reading materials within the department



10 - SENIOR EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Manage the staffing process from recruitment to on-boarding
  • Manage induction for new employees
  • Ensure that all employees are aware of the HR policies and procedures in place and respond to related inquiries
  • Handle employees’ grievances and provide guidance
  • Advise management on resolution of employee relations issues
  • Handle disciplinary matters
  • Plan and organize social activities for employees
  • Handle the processing of payroll for all employees
  • Administer employees benefits programme such as health insurance, leave, etc.
  • Ensure that the Human Resources Information System and personnel files are kept up-to-date
  • Ensure that records of benefit plans and employee statistics for government/statutory reporting/audits are maintained efficiently
