• IT Support / Programmer (1 vacancy)

Responsibilities

• Helping clients launch and maintain their websites / online stores (training provided).
• Provide outstanding, rapid-response technical support to our clients, strong programming and system analysis skill required.
• Develop web applications/feature for internal and external website.
• Develop systems and procedures for improving overall client satisfaction.
• Discover potential opportunities from client contact and work with sales team to meet their needs for additional products or services.

• Web Developer / Programmer (1 vacancy)

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications/feature for internal and external website.
• Generates, maintains and archives web site content.
• Researches and develops new web technologies.
• Setup web application according to customer requirement.
• Perform variety of tasks, which include debugging and system analysis.
• Providing customer service and support after software implementation.
